1951/2 - Spratton Hall School first prospectus
The Hall was bought by Kenneth and Joan Hunter in 1951. It is now an independent preparatory school for boys and girls aged 7 - 13 years. The actor Tenniel Evans taught English and Drama there for a short time in the early 1950s before returning to the theatre. He played regularly with the Northampton Repertory Theatre. Matt Dawson, the Saints and England rugby player, was a teacher there from 1996 to 1997.
